Three Oaks Motel

My room was really clean. Cozy little space. Grant (the caretaker of the place) was super hospitable, friendly, and available. The batteries were out in my remote and was fixed within 10 min of me realizing the was a problem. I would definitely stay here again. Good location too!

I have been at this wonderful little hotel for a week and a half and it has been such a blessing ,it's very homely comfortable clean ,and the staff here are very friendly and very family-oriented. it's a safe quiet clean place to stay ,far better than any hotel chain and all those ridiculous extra fees and all that stuff ,I promise you if you come stay here you will be well pleased and treated very well !!!

Looks can be deceiving. This charming old motel in the heart of downtown Titusville was a recent stay (we are locals) and I recommend a stay here (especially for the price!), with a few caveats. There are new owners and they are VERY NICE, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was renovated with new flooring and tile and had most of the basic needs for an overnight stay. (TV, microwave, fridge, walk-in shower, etc). The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. Some of the downfalls, and what I think will be easy fixes for the new owners, in time.. The outside of the property looks worn and cluttered with mismatched chairs and buckets (for ashtrays). (Maybe painting some of those wooden chairs to match each other white, and getting some cheap terracotta flower pots for ashtrays would massively change the look) ..all that takes money, and time. Oh..but one thing I noticed was the large trashcans were overflowing with trash at one point. (It was cleaned up later). But.. For the price, we had a very nice and quiet night in a very clean room! I really wish the owners the best of luck and when we need to stay a night in Titusville again we will definitely stay there! You should too!

We are scheduled to check out tomorrow morning. We have been here for two weeks. We have a larger party, as we are traveling for business, so we booked two rooms. This motel is wonderful! The owners and staff are excellent! I have never felt more welcomed while traveling. The rooms are clean and spacious. No bugs, no foul smells, no loud obnoxious goings on in the middle of the night. It has been very peaceful. Upon checking in, the owners allowed me to view several rooms which were available for many choosing. Our entire party was always greeted with a smile and the utmost hospitality. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area.

We to see the launch, launch got postponed and I needed a place to stay!! The friendly people at Three Oaks got me a room despite being very late! The rooms were nice and organized, and the check out process was easy! Thank you and will stay again!

I didn't get a room here, but a friend of mine did. I was his transport there, and gotta say I was impressed with the place. The rooms are lovely and well appointed, and comfortable.

Very good for the price. Seems like it was refurbished very recently. Clean. But not well maintained unfortunately. Shower curtain was already at end of life. Towels were weirdly moist and very small. Beds were low low low quality and very loud. Still: clean and not expensive.

Nice family owned operation service is a little awkward but friendly. It's nice to have a microwave/fridge sense not all hotels have them. The a/c is very cold. Rooms are updated and so are the bathrooms. The water problem I've seen mentioned in other comments has been fixed. Lots of hot water with good pressure. Pretty clean spot especially for the price. One women is a little grumpy but civil. I've stayed in multiple rooms here with no problems. Just walking distance from a nice local brewery. Minutes from Playa Linda beach.
